Specifically on planned housing marked 15 and 3A ( Backbridge and Punter's Farm). This looks good
provided adequate tree screening to South and West and adequate access (Beutell
Way and another access from the East). Importantly that this must not open the door to
further development to the west in particular. (The potential for Malmesbury to
extend to swallow up Brokenborough or towards Shipton Moyne, must be ruled out. It is vital
that this does not go into (or even close to) the flood plain and that adequate
drainage/ containment is provided to avoid exacerbating the already
